  Securely pack the electronic device in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
